　　今天，我在美国化学会的The Journal of Organic Chemistry的最新一期网
络版的ADDITIONS AND CORRECTIONS中看到如下一则因为一稿两投被主编撤稿的
信息。

　　Effective Tuning of HOMO and LUMO Energy Levels by p-n Diblock and
Triblock Oligomer Approaches.
　　Jun-Hua Wan, Jia-Chun Feng, Gui-An Wen, Wei Wei, Qu-Li Fan,
Chuan-Ming Wang, Hong-Yu Wang, Rui Zhu, Xiang-Dong Yuan, Chun-Hui Huang,
and Wei Huang.* Volume 71, 2006 Pages 2565-2571. This manuscript was
withdrawn from publication by The Journal of Organic Chemistry (JOC)
Editor-in-Chief. The basis for the withdrawal was a violation of the
Ethical Guidelines to Publication of Chemical Research of the American
Chemical Society. Essentially the same material was submitted to and
published by another journal while the manuscript was under review by
JOC. The corresponding author did not withdraw the JOC manuscript or
otherwise inform the Editor-in-Chief of the dual

　　可见，国内一稿两投的现象仍然很严重，已引起一些杂志主编的极度反感。
借助新语丝，希望能引起国内从事科研的人员注意，一定要自律、自重，不要再
破坏中国科研人员在国际学术界的形象。

　　随着国内经济形势的好转和科研条件的改善，中国发表文章数量的增减和质
量的改善，自然是在情理之中。但是，由于国内近几年来一直强调发文章，毫不
夸张的讲，发表文章已成为一些人升官、发家致富、获取荣誉、挥霍国家经费的
途径和手段。大量垃圾文章的出现已使许多期刊编辑部不堪重负，于是到处可以
听到期刊编辑抱怨中国文章太多的声音。一稿两投、学术造假、低级重复这些学
术不端行为在中国已成泛滥之势。为了中国的学术未来，我坚决支持你和所有从
事学术打假的人。

　　另外，我们也要注意国内学术界的两种“自娱自乐”的行为。

　　一是，有些教授发表了很多文章，并且引用次数还不少，但一细查发现全是
自引，最近我查国内一教授的文章，他发的文章不少，大部分是低档杂志，引用
次数也挺多，但是全是后边的文章引用前边的。如果说他研究的领域为他所开辟，
这样做到也可以说明他工作系统，但再一认真，发现完全不是这么回事，他的工
作也只是给别人的工作“缝缝补补”而已，有些工作毫无意义。

　　二是，国内的学术期刊要求要在本刊发文章则必须引用该刊文章，其目的也
是为了提高自己的影响因子。国内的期刊大部分要收取昂贵的版面费，致使国内
稍微有些科学价值的工作都发表在国外期刊上，发表在国内期刊的文章从学术讲
已是二流，三流，这种做法只会是国内的期刊永远走不出国门。

I read this news also. They are crazy!!! both Chunhui Huang and Wei Huang,  were from PKU. Especially Wei Huang, is a very smart young prof. in Fudan now.Why still do this kind of crap thing? Definitely this has ruined his reputation in this field worldwide.

After the publication of this Communication the authors have noticed that the scale bars on some of the TEM images are wrong.
